se789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Eligibility determinations made by se789 are final subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the se789 Platform at any time. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is a material breach of this Agreement. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited at se789's discretion.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, a valid and active email address, an Indonesian mobile telephone number, a chosen username, and your date of birth. You confirm that all information provided is truthful and not intended to misrepresent your identity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. se789 will never contact you by email, SMS, or chat to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact se789 support immediately via live chat.
se789 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period following a formal request may result in account suspension. Full KYC requirements are detailed in Clause 8 of this Agreement.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a person under the age of 21 has created an Account or accessed the Platform using your payment credentials, you must contact se789 immediately. se789 will investigate promptly and take appropriate action. The se789 Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in IDR. se789 does not accept foreign currency deposits and performs no currency conversion.

Deposits via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Wallet in real time. Deposits made outside these hours may take longer to confirm. se789 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exception is granted by se789 after completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–24 hours from the time the request is approved. VIP-tier Accounts receive priority processing with a target of under 1 hour. se789 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing period.

An Account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. se789 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rp 25.000 against the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email at their registered address before any fee is applied.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by se789 are subject to specific terms including a wagering requirement, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook offers), and an expiry period. These specific terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any portion of those funds (or winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires total qualifying wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; uncompleted bonus balances are forfeited at expiry.
se789 actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: wagering with low house-edge strategies to complete wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both sides of a market, placing low-risk bets exclusively on high-RTP games above stated contribution rates), using multiple Accounts to claim a single offer, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and derived winnings forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
The se789 Welcome Bonus is available to first-time depositing Players only. It is applicable once per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players who create duplicate Accounts to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings and are subject to permanent Account closure.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game outcome — including server disconnections, software errors, or data corruption — se789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players concerned. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid. se789's decision on whether a technical malfunction occurred is final subject to the dispute resolution process.
All sports bets are placed subject to se789's sportsbook rules, which are published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Key provisions include: bets placed after an event has commenced are void unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market; minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market; odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; and se789 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion.
Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Asia Gaming) as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the game studio's standard disconnection policy. Players should ensure a stable internet connection before participating in live dealer games.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the se789 Platform. Violation of any item below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
se789 may require you to complete KYC verification at any of the following points: upon reaching a cumulative withdrawal total of Rp 5.000.000; upon request for any single withdrawal exceeding Rp 2.000.000; when account activity triggers an automated fraud or anti-money-laundering alert; or at any time se789 determines that verification is necessary to comply with applicable international gaming compliance standards.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized use of Platform content terminates your license immediately and may expose you to legal liability.

Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may affect Platform availability. se789 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, or connectivity issues attributable to third-party infrastructure providers or the Player's own internet connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, se789's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or relating to this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
se789 is not liable for: indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; gambling losses resulting from a Player's own decisions; or any claim arising from a Player's breach of this Agreement. Nothing in this clause limits se789's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting se789 live chat support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed per standard procedures and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
se789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of this Agreement; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7; failure to complete KYC within the specified period; an Account remaining inactive for an extended period; or any other circumstances that se789 reasonably determines warrant Account closure in the interests of Platform integrity, Player safety, or regulatory compliance.
Upon Account closure (whether voluntary or by se789), your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses 7, 10, 11, 13, and 14 of this Agreement survive termination and remain binding on both parties.
se789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, se789 will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact se789 to close your Account before the changes take effect.

This Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which se789 is incorporated and licensed. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute between you and se789, you should first contact se789 customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. se789 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to making a good-faith effort to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by se789's licensing authority. se789 will provide full contact details for the relevant escalation body upon request via support channels.
